Somewhere, over the rainbow, Fulham may yet have a chance of pulling off a great escape. For much of the season their football has been a dour shade of grey. This time, it matched the many colours that settled over the Madejski Stadium on an afternoon of wind, driving rain and then glorious sunshine.
