Ha, Ha Liverpool are a joke. It’s good to have a team with genuine spirit rather than a bunch of con-artist wannabes who rely on their only two good players coming good and/or bad refereeing decisions to make people think they’re a “big team”. How many times have we heard the glory days are coming back to Anfield, when Liverpool will raise the Premiership trophy again. Yet they seem less substantial every year. If Everton end up in the Champions League on their comparatively meager means it’ll be an accomplishment, if Liverpool do it they’re still a joke and if they don’t do it they’ll be an even bigger joke.

Only two good players? I assume you’re saying that because they are the few who are constantly scoring goals. What about Reina, Carragher, Mascherano, and others? I don’t think Liverpool would be anywhere near the top 4 without them. Those players are pure class, and you cannot deny it.

I absolutely agree on you ray! Mascherano is immensely important for the game of the Reds

No, I’m saying that because Liverpool have Gerrard who is consistently excellent and a match winner. And Torres who looks to be a absolute class and also a match winner also. Particularly without Gerrard they would not have won as many trophies as they have since he’s been playing for the first team.
Of course I’m exaggerating when I say Liverpool only have two good players but you’d expect them to have good players given the money they have to spend. Reina and Carragher are both good players but no better than other players at so called lesser clubs. Jags, Lescott and Howard are certainly as good if not better. Mascherano I concede is quality and is up there with Torres and Gerrard as your best three players. Just funny how Liverpool supporters have the arrogance to claim they’re such a huge club when they haven’t looked close to besting Arsenal, Man U or Chelsea in anything substantial like the title race for quite some time. Such form does not smack of a “big club” to me.

I don’t really agree with this. Money wise, you’re grouping us with Manchester United, Arsenal, and Chelsea. Yes, we may have more money than most Premier clubs, but the overall sallery of Liverpool players is much lower than what those clubs pay.
That is exactly why I think we are class. Winning the Champions League in two finals in three years and the FA Cup are a lot when you consider we don’t have the kind of money that the other three have. I’ll say it again. Granted, we do have more money than most, but what trophies are they winning? I think all Liverpool supporters have something to be very proud in. We can still win trophies without the kind of pure world-class stars that the other three have.
So, in a sense, we are kind of agreeing on this issue.

It should be noted that what I typed does not begin until the third paragraph which starts with, “I don’t really agree with this…”
