Arsenal marched into the quarter-finals of the Champions League with a 2-0 win thanks to a superb late strike from Cesc Fabregas which helped send holders AC Milan crashing out at the San Siro.

What a superb win for the Gunners. Totally deserved and I felt it was just a matter of time till the goal, although they left it late! I have the feeling that this will finally be the year of an all-English final – not sure how Moscow will cope with that but anyway. Well done Wenger, spot on tactics over two legs in the end.

Hard luck Milan, I really liked you and i wished that you did it but not through Us[The GUNNERS]. You really were buried by GUNNERS in your own SanSiro Graveyard.
I really felt sorry for the Capitano Maldini. What a way to finish your career with the chance to see Arsenal lads closely and feel the tricks of Termantor.

lol epl… i think Arsenal did a good job… but this is CL, a combination of form, luck and experience.. that makes a big difference… i have a feeling Arsenal is meeting Barca next and Henry is to disappoint his old team… good luck young lads :)

Arrgh, all the links don’t work! Anyways, Arsenal were superb. I think these were the ratings:
Almunia 7- Did not have too nuch of a task, but did excellently to keep Pirlo’s freekick out.
Sagna 8 -Superb display, kept the attack of Milan stamped out.
Gallas 9 – He is back to being the world class leader and player. He was only a bit emotional vs Birmingham, though he shouldn’t have lost his cool. Great tackles.
Clichy – 7 Great performance.
Hleb 7 – Great, caused Milan all sorts of trouble.
OHh, I have to go, i’ll post the rest later!

I REALLY hate arsenal but they played a good game
i think barca are gonna take the cl cuz they are in excellent form with messi and henry they have the best chances of winning
hopefully milan will qualify for the cl and get revenge on the as.ses

It was dissapointing to see kaka play like that.. all credit to arsenal to keep him down… Milans old players are the cause for the defeat.. look at how fabregas brushes past gattuso to score the stunner..how adebayor pushes his way thru 2 defenders, shows that milan need to get in young players as arsenal did…
We will see Kaka in a more menacing form from now on.. for sure.. hope they qualify for champions league next season.

hey mr peace kaka did a solo on as.snal and its not because of the old players we lost its because as.snal put on a good game against us, atleast our old players such as maldini are experienced and have good skills, and lets not forget the saying “the older the wine the better it taste”

the FACT is that messi is Barca’s top scorer with 8 goals.
not to mention all the chances he creates.
Barca is gonna miss him alot in the QF of the CL.

Lol If you’re bringing up our exit at the FA cup you are just sad. First off, we weren’t even focused on that, we’re focused on CL and EPL. Second, we had Hoyte to **** up and give Man Utd at least 2 of the goals, giving them a lot of momentum for more. Third, we were resting our players for the CL, which I’m fully backing Arsenal for the win, they deserve it for pwning Milan so hard.

The CL is not about pwing Milan or Barca on one of their off days, if you seen Roma beat Madrid home and away that does not guarantee they r going to go all the way through.
