A fortunate bounce off the body of striker Amr Zaki was enough to ensure Egypt retained hopes of a successful African Nations Cup title defence with a 2-1 win over Angola in their quarter-final on Monday.

Unlucky for Manucho…..what a great player he is looking now. Man Utd fans will love it that he looks so strong, good in the air and has skill with both feet.
Next season if we get rid of Saha and add another striker along with Rooney, Tevez & Manucho……maybe we can actually keep Saha.
Anyway…watch out for Man Utd’s strikeforce next season.

Egypt’s constant pressure help them win the game. Angola held their destiny when Manucho just barely missed the post 2nd half, the law of foot states if you dont score you get scored on. It is sad to see such a great team go but Manucho needs to be more polished and where was the Angolan midfield and forwards? I guess no fancy pantsy tricks from no. 10….
