  1. great!

  2. Oh, it was a difficult match and we made it difficult for ourselves too especially in the first stages of the match.

It wasn’t until Spurs goal that we really meant business. It was our wake up call. Without Vidic our backline was not as consistent as usual. Ferdinand and Vidic are the main two defenders and if one of them is missing, then there will be some problems.

Anderson should be played more oftenly. He is such a lively lad, and his best is yet to come. I’m still waiting for his first goal :)

Ronaldo’s consistency is continuing and it seems as if there is no end for it - He is the best player of the world, he is the one scoring lots of goals and surely, Kaka doesn’t even begin with him. No way man.

Another solid performance from Carrick and Hargreaves.. Rooney was lively once again but his goal never came. Tevez opened the score and his goal gave us courage to continue fighting for the win.

Nani… On the sidelines and not playing. Why? For me he is an awesome young lad, lots to see from him and sitting on the bench will do him no good.

The referee’s decision to sent off Dawson was wrong and harsh. He did touch the ball by his hand but a penalty only was enough. It was a decision coming in our favour but it was not a decision that I agreed with. It was a penalty but not a sending off and this is something which was also said by Fergie.

Some people said that Tottenham deserved something more from this match.. Maybe they did, but we have this ability that can turn things in our favour even when we’re not at our best or are having a bad day. Not many teams have this ability, but we have the players to score. So yeah, we deserved the win because at the last, we were the better side.

    C’mon Redz!

  3. I scored two more goals.

  4. truly we are UNITED:P credit to tottenham for making it difficult for us, they are a team that even tho i’m not english i admire :P

@Roxii: True, Rooney did not scor but he wos consistent though otu the match and contribtued to teh penailty in d first place. Nani was sidelined because as much as iagree with u that he’s awesome, Giggs is better than him, at least for the time being. I believe Nani will be much more lethal when he matures and gets more games under his belt. Also, the ref’s decision to send off dawson may have been harsh, but as he ruined a goalscoring opportunity there (as well as he being the last man) made it a difficult decision fr the ref - he hed to decide quickly so he ought to be given some credit imo.

Anyways go united all d way :)

Yeah fine, Giggs is better than Nani at the moment, but still, last week when we played against Reading, Giggs wasn’t playing and Nani was only introduced to the game in the second half. In the begining of the season, Nani was given a lot of chance to play.. But now? Not much as I wished. Anyways, that’s Fergie’s decision and not mine and I have to respect them.

About the sending off: Yeah, Dawson ruined a goalscoring opportunity but a penalty was enough to create another goalscoring opportunity. A penalty was anough. But this is another decision that its not taken be me, and in this case too I have to respect it altough it came in our favour.

  7. anyone know where to find extended highlights??

i am gutted i missed this match.. i was at work :(

please send some links here thanks:d

  8. totally agree nani needs more playing time every person can see that he his quality and needs some games to reach his best

  9. Rooney played very sexcyy and at the end of the game you could see his hairy *** which made me ***** furthermore Ronaldo was like usual on drugs because his face was very nasty and his lips dry .

  10. wow, it seems that the win against arsenal has singlehandedly improved the spurs overall play. true, our back line isn’t nearly as good w/out vidic and our marking was a bit off; but as a side, the spurs played well. lucky for us we have giggsy, rooney, ronaldo, and tevez. at some point fergie will start playing anderson w/ hargo more often. many have said it, i’ll repeat it, there really is a lack of creativity in the middle when carrick plays w/ hargo. but i guess scholes will be starting w/ anderson or hargo from now on, it’s good to see old scholesy back on the field. right when he stepped on the pitch, he provided a scoring chance. and roxii, dawson clearly knocked the ball out of rooney’s path and was the last defender; in my opinion it’s a clear red.

  11. did u see Brown
**** that was so cool :d

  12. Thank u so much fred54…..u rock.

  13. thank u so much fred54….

  14. Thank you Fred 54, I get more highlights on your postings than I get on my TV cable supply. See I live in Canada and this idiots here are all about Hockey on Ice, very little football. Again Thankx again Fred 54….

  15. Thanks Fred54, your videos make a day at work much shorter, keep up the good work!

  16. ya…. thnx Fred54!!!!
i live in d US nd all dey love here is footballl!!! their football!!! i hate it

  17. okay, we played a decent game, but we shouldve done better.

    1. Hargo+Carrick=bad idea. they just dont combine well. one or the other
    2. Anderson is a freakin beast- when he came in, did an excellent job. Hes really quick and he holds the ball relly well under pressure, better than anyone else I can think of.
    3. Rooney had a bad day
    4. Ronaldo can have a bad day and still score twice. Thtas ridiculous.
    5. Scholes returns!! He came back and looked promising, with his first passes being a beautiful cross field pass to Ronaldo, and then a great through ball to Tevez, but then he gave the ball away a few times. His vision seemed to exceed his teammates, so they failed to catch onto the end of a few passes. This could be good, I noticed that we’ve been reacting to situations, instead of creating them. Scholes should fix that up.

about nani- hes good, but giggs is still better and more consistent. Nani will get games, he just needs to be patient. he wasnt supposed to get so many games early in the season, he just did cause of injuries.

  18. Cheers for the upload, fred.

Useless trivia: Ronaldo has now scored twice in a game for United on 14 occasions. Only one of those 14 braces were converted into a hat-trick.

  19. thnx Fred54 u r the best….
i think the whole team is playing really well, knowing that they will drop onto the bench if they don’t, i like the competition. GLORY MAN UTD:d/

  20. Thanks Fred54, your dedication to posting the highlights is truly appreciative, espcially for me cause im from the USA….i think Dawson was sent off for his reaction to the penatly…..he had quite the potty mouth….anyways bring on the FA Cup, Back to back Premiere League titles and Champions League!!!!!

  21. Cheers for the upload, fred.

Useless trivia: Ronaldo has now scored twice in a game for United on 14 occasions. Only one of those 14 braces were converted into a hat-trick.

Even a brace is difficult to do in a match for a midfielder. Ronaldo is not a striker and to score 14 braces is rather a fantastic thing to do. He doesn’t need to score many hatricks to prove his worth.

  22. hello Roxii, apparently Im stuck in your name. Earlier it was a guy name Rozyo, now its you.

    Its Cory whos posting.

Ronaldo is a great goalscorer. Hat tricks are hard to come by. The only players with a hat trick in the current squad are Scholes, Rooney, and Ronaldo. Thats it. Surprising, youd think more players would have one.

  23. what is the song that plays at the end

  24. like i told spurs fans after the arsenal game=d> well done but you aint playing no chickens this w.end~:>

but on a serious note we did not play well and you guys threatened a few times=d>so well done spurs hope your season keeps going on the up.

    UNITED for LIFE ^:)^

  25. does everyone on this website support manu?! dang…well personally, i think that spurs could have done a much better job (e.g. the boys had a LOT of chances in scoring the fastbreaks. i almost cried when i saw jenas miss the 1:1 with the van..) but in the end, manu was going to win the game. it was evidential from the beginning of the game; spurs were simply not getting through the defense except once or twice (cheers to keane’s beautiful goal & aaron’s beautiful assist). keane and rooney seemed they were having a rough day, too. dawsin is an complete baffoon trying to clear the ball with his hand. RAMOS SHOULD NEVER PLAY DEFOE AGAIN. he’s only dissapointed me the past three games… cheers, hope spurs win next match against everton.

    C’mon Redz!

i personally disagree with you on the dawson decision. if you watch the replay, he did seem to intentionally put his hand out while falling to the ground, and i think the ref made the right decision to give him at least a card (maybe the red was a little too harsh). dawson was being a complete idiot; at least give the keeper a chance at it. well, i thought that spurs deserved it because it was a stupid thing to do whether or not it was intentional or unintentional (again, i think it was intentional)

  27. I have to say, as a Spurs fan, every post before this one showed nothing but respect to Tottenham and, in turn, I have so much more respect for the players and fans of Manchester United. Maybe I was expecting something else after reading all the crying Arsenal posts last week - I truly am sorry to clump you all in with those morons. I wish the outcome was different, obviously, but great match Man U…all the best through the rest of the FA Cup, and the same through the remainder of the Premier League season.

  28. Alot of people are saying we could have done better but we won and that’s that. We took a chance going to saudi in the week and it did show in the first half of the game but we got the job done.
The big game now is at white heart lane on saturday

  29. Cheers for the upload, fred.

No I totally agree, he’s fricken’ awesome anyway. Just thought I’d throw it in to discussion because it’s a quirky statistic. :)

  30. i personally disagree with you on the dawson decision. if you watch the replay, he did seem to intentionally put his hand out while falling to the ground, and i think the ref made the right decision to give him at least a card (maybe the red was a little too harsh). dawson was being a complete idiot; at least give the keeper a chance at it. well, i thought that spurs deserved it because it was a stupid thing to do whether or not it was intentional or unintentional (again, i think it was intentional)

I don’t think the red was harsh - it’s the letter of the law that if you stop a goalscoring chance you have to walk.If anything, more referees should enforce that, so we have some consistency.

On the first replay, I couldn’t really see what Dawson had done wrong, but then the BBC showed the incident from an angle behind the players, and it’s clear he knocked the ball away from Rooney with his hand.

  31. other than the woeful start to the season, tottenham are a team I could see breaking into the top 4. They were good, touch opposition

  32. Oh God, Oh God.

United were drawn against Arsenal in the next FA Cup final.

We always get the hard teams in the FA Cup.. and this year is no exception.

But if we have to win, we gotta do it the hard way.. We’ll win, promise ;)

  33. **** u lah man u.. always win on penalty..
especially ronaldo.. he cant score that much.. screw u
    man u sux!!

  34. wow, did i just read this:

“ronaldo.. he cant score that much”

    hahahahahahahahahahaha!!
If that isnt biased **** than I really dont know what is.

Ronaldo has how many goals? 25. Exactly. Let me guess, mr. man utd sux, are you an arsenal fan? you are acting like one. Jealous, angry, irrational, and totally biased. Who do you have? Adebayor? The striker who has less goals than our winger. Wow, and Ronaldo doesnt score much, eh? Or maybe youre a kaka fan, messi fan… Ronaldo has more goals than both of them combined. He doesnt score much? lol. You are an idiot.

  35. I scored two more goals.

Ronaldo I thank God for sending you to Man United you really ARE the best player in the world today !! Bows to you !!

  36. tott suks ..man u is de best…robbie kean goal was jes lucky.. “we are the champions my friends and we ll keep on fighting till the end”:d/:d:-\

  37. **** u lah man u.. always win on penalty..
especially ronaldo.. he cant score that much.. screw u
    man u sux!!

He doesn’t score that much? Ok, another child living in space.. insane. A midfielder scoring 25 goals and then YOU say that he doesn’t score that much. loll.. Are you mixing Ronaldo to any type of Adebayor, Torres or Drogba?
Nah, he is not their type. They doesn’t even begin with him hun…

And your words are full of jelousy.. And to be jelous to something means that that something is better than the thing you believe in.. Well, then keep on hating .. We, MU fans ae lovin’ it ;)

  38. karthik- its not that tottenham are bad (i really like them right now after they killed arsenal, yeah!!)

    We just are better.

Robbie keane and lennon were doing quite good actually. Lennon had evra BEAT. every time he dribbled down that wing, evra just couldnt stop him. id have to say, good job to the tottenham team, first team to score on us in the new year. however, id like to see them try it when we have vidic back. Rio/Vidic have been absolutely superb, and the loss of the Serb has hurt our defense.

  39. hey guyz wat do you think bout the fa cup draw against arsenal it will be a good game huh. wat do you guyz think

  40. well, abdi, i think we are going to win.

We are in good form. ronaldo cant stop scoring. Tevez has been magnificent. Rio-Vidic havent conceded all year. (our only goal was v tottenham, which was rio-brown) Scholes is back. Hargo and Anderson have shown they can shut down fabregas. its still in the middle of the ACoN, which hurts arsenal but not us. Adebayor will be shut down by Rio-vidic just like torres was.

    My prediction: 3-1 United win

    Rooney, Ronaldo, Tevez- Adebayor.
