…YeS a legend …who the **** do u think u are criticizing a world class player
How could a person with his ability not be a legend…and i don’t know why your laughing..this guy has great talent in soccer… and there are players that wish they could be him and wish they could do the things he does. Technically he is the third best player in the world right now. So i would be laughing if I were you

LMAO! He puts WAAAAYYY too much flash in his game, when it’s not necessary. Sure it looks entertaining to the general public, but he could be far more effective without having to jump through hoops!
I mean, half the time he’s dancing around the ball to try and fake a move here or there and he ends up in the SAME spot as before his little show - why even bother???

although i dont like him as an arsenal fan^^..-….still no denying that he is an amazing player….but i agree…hes way to flashy…..often useless stuff……if u want perfection o technique and effectiveness….look at Bergkamp^^……nonetheless…great player

Even though I am an Arsenal fan, I think hes got the potential to become a legend. How can you call a player who has a good 10 years left in him a legend?

Although C.Ronaldo has proved himself to be one of the brightest talents, if not the brightest in the world, with his amazing skill, his extraordinary pace and speed, his vision and power and his superb goal scoring record. He still can’t be labeled as a legend, that is not yet.
He still needs to prove himself at the world stage (world cup) and needs a couple more accolades such as world player of the year, and if he keeps his consistancy up, he will no doubt be one the greatest legends to grace the field.
To the guys complaining about him doing too much with the football, well thats what you call showmanship, with it he brings some flair and adds excitement to a football match, and United sit 1st in the Premier league, a spot in the CL and F.A cup so its not hurting the team, and the fans enjoy it. So why stop?

The simple fact is, his “over the top” style of play has caused and will cause unnecessary loss of the ball.
It’s like a boxer that is flapping his arms around constantly and then being taken out with a simple punch.
I don’t doubt he’s good at getting the ball in the net, I just think skilled, simple play is far more impressive than eye-candy. Why do you think Kaka was voted as being a better player than C. Ronaldo?

He is to flashy and he is way ovarrated, he never scores against big clubs, well apart from arsenal but come on, crouch scored a hattrick against them last season.
oh and he dives and his step over’s get him no where, any player can do step over’s its no hard at all, most players just leave it out cos there is no need for flashy **** when the ball can be put in the net.

alright.. yes he is flashy, so what, as long as he can score, assist, and win games and titles for ManUtd, tat is all that matters. Look at some of the best players in the world (present and past), Ronaldo, Messi, Robinho, Figo, Maradona, Pele, Ronaldinho, These guys all did and still do a lot of stepovers and trickery in their game. And tat is wat makes them amazing players.
Is he overrated? No! is there anyone out there playing better than him right now? No, so how can you consider him overrated, when we know he is the best of the best.
And kaka won the fifa world player of the yr because he is amazing, and he literally won the champions league for milan by himself. Besides you can’t really compared players like tat, two totally different style of playing. one a winger the other one center attacking mid.

You can’t expect him to play simple, because that is not his style. And flashy players make people go to the stadiums. Simple play is more impressive for YOU (my favorite player ever is Michael Laudrup and he was a skillful team player who played kinda simple) but you can’t expect everybody to be in the same mindset as you. Ronaldo makes the difference wether you like him or not. I just think it is kinda arrogant not to admit that he is an amazing player just because you think he’s flashy (i won’t even say he’s the best, because there is not such thing, there are ALOT of amazing players out there, who will all go through better and worst times).
And Kaka won fifa world player of the year, because he won the Champions League. And yes, because he is an amazing player. I fail to see why that makes Ronaldo any less amazing than he is. And personally i think Pirlo should’ve won fifa player of the year, but what do i know

1. hes taken a lot of diving out of his game. You have to appreciate that, if of course you arent too niased to believe it.
2. He does flash, but thats his style and you cant blaim him. He has found an appropriate balance of entertainment and product. He satisfies the team and the fans.
3. Hes scores, a lot.
4. His dribbling is amazing, his passing is good, his control is spectacular, his touch is astounding, his aerial ability is impressive, his shooting is superb. What else can you ask for?
5. Hes got loads of pace.
6. He finds open space to get into.
7. His free kicks are (now) consistent, and deadly.
regardless of who you are a fan of, you have to appreciate him. Otherwise, you are just being biased. He is the best player in the world right now.
