Glad we got the 3 points , but still concerned by our lack of a quality backup striker and the **** we still have in our squad, like Fletcher and the overrated Carrick. Does anyone go missing more than Carrick in the United shirt? :-w
B-BOY | January 1st, 2008 @ 9:34 pm | | |
real talk Darius….we need berbatov and a exciting right back. Fletcher is shit…plan and simple….Carrick does go missing sometimes but he brings something different to the table. He’s good against the average premiership side controlling the middle…not against a big side like Chelsea or Inter or someone like that. GET BERBATOV!!!!!…that’s the real issue. Should have scored more in this game (without wonder wayne) but the three points all we needed. Shout Out to Tevez for the goal….keep’em coming Carlito!

united sucked in dis match..it was a flash of brilliance tat earned dem a goal..jz like wad dey did in d west ham match..bt dey hav nv won d game till d whistle blowed..im a united fan n i dn like d way der playing nw..yea i agree..n carrick’s position shud b replaced by sme1 better n more consistent..since united want to focus on europe..may b we shud get gattuso..haha

I think United did enough for a link-up play just not good enough in the final third and also we missed lotsa chances so certainly someone like Berbatov will help. I liked the way Nani showed his gritty attitude throughout the match and his ball winning abilities. I feel Evra shd focus more on his defensive abilities and let Nani or Ronaldo go forward so if someone like Berbatov gets good service frm the wings, he can be closer to the goal when needed against bigger teams like Chelsea and Arsenal wot say

Park was a breath of fresh air in todays game whilst Carrick was reminiscent of a stale ****.
B-Boy, how come we seem to recognise who Man Utd need all the way from row Z and Fergie wont address them sitting on the touchline? lol We still have the best squad in ENgland, and that will pull us thru, but if we wanna win the Champions League, we gotta sort out those two positions u mentioned pronto!! :)

btw, anyone knows y the crowds in the stadium was very quite during the game? i saw the match reviews, ferguson said that the stadium was so quite as if it was a funeral, and the way tevez celebrates he’s goal is very muted

Surely not our best performance, but enough to grab those precious 3 points.
Yeah, Ji Sung brings something fresh to the team, and I admit, I never expected that after a long term injury he will come back with such a lively attitude. I’m very glad for him.
hmm.. Carrick – The most United player that is disappointing me and lots of other United fans. He needs a lot of work, because when Scholes is back he’s gonna end up on the sidelines again and he should consider himself lucky that Fergie is giving him some time on the pitch.
Unfortunately Tevez is injured and will not play a part in Nxt weekend’s FA Cup tie but luckily, Rooney is back and I’m expecting a far better performance this time.

Relax, people. We all know this is not the best United line up.You can’t play the same team in every match especially during this christmas period. All we need is 3points and we got it.
