You just watched this video and then posted this…what a joke, do you even watch football? Or are you one of those fans who hates other teams and loves your team dearly but actually has no clue what the **** they are talking about?

but Rooney isn’t a flashy player. hes very basic, passing, moving, crossing, shooting. hes the inverse of ronaldo who is a flash player. both are good, 2 different styles.

id say rooney is even underrated. how many 22 year olds have been scoring about an average of 15 goals a year for 4 or 5 years in a row? and doing it in the premiership, which is a top league.

(not getting into the old ‘which league is best’ arguement, but EPL is one of the top ones.)

a lot of people don’t appreciate that he can score and create. hes a solid, well-rounded player. the only missing part is heading, which is coming along.

Rooney has all the potential to be the next cantona or law.

dont know how much of it he will achieve, but hes top class. Hes very well rounded. I think he needs to be more consistent, like before his injury. If he can net regularly he’ll be one of the best or the best striker in the world.

A ronaldo vid would be cool, but there are a lot of them.

rossonero- gotta disagree. Ronaldo is better now. this season hes been untouchable. Hes got 17 goals! Hes got 5 CL goals in the group stage, which i think is as many as kaka had all of the CL last season. hes leading goal scorer in the premiership by 2 goals as a WINGER. Hes scored 8 in euro qualifying.

Hes doing less useless moves, his freekick consistency is improving tremendously, he dives less than 95% of other players. Cesc, Drogba, Gerrard, most of the spain-italian players all dive EASILY as much as he does. probably more. Does anyone else in the world have that behind them?

And please dont refer to the milan vs united game. thats 1 game, and you cant compare based on that. Also, consider the circumstances. United didnt have a DM, so kaka could run free. Ronaldo was man marked by a world class DM who has a shout for best DM in world. Kaka was also going against an injury raveged defense. they had had 7 defensive injuries. Rio or vidic needed to play that day, and vidic, who was terrible that day, was chosen because in training HE COULD AT LEAST RUN. thats certainly a tough defense to beat. not to mention the fact that United had to push for the EPL title and needed to play a full side the previous weekend. Milan rested, what, 9 players?? something around that.

If kaka didnt dominate Ronaldo, it would be a pathetic showing from kaka.

but as to Rooney. hes great.
