So you have to use your brain a bit, and might have to make 2 clicks instead of one. In the case of this post, the first one went to 8 minute video link with superb quality. It's pretty obvious why they've had to start doing this and for me, I prefer the links, beats 4 embeds to a page, if Youtube is slow, sometimes you had to wait an age for the vids to appear, and now you get to see interviews etc too.
