Well, technically it’s the Premier League Chamions reserve squad. Hardly an excuse. Philip Bardsley’s days are numbered.

lmao, arsenal youngsters beat premier league team newcastle, chelsea uses an almost full first team to beat Hull (championship team), manutd youngsters can’t even beat Coventry (also a championship team). Dint manutd lose to Southend last year…(a league one team)?
r u gettin my point?

Oh dear, Fergie will have egg on his face. Even though we expected to exit the cup at some point, it is a bit embarassing to go out so early and at home

there you go again, a typical manutd fan, always changin topics…we’re talking about the carling cup here, not the prem or the CL. y dont u jsut admit the fact that ferguson’s ability to spot talent cant be compared to wenger’s. i wouldnt talk about the prem if i was u anyway, cuz we’re at the top, unbeaten and have one match less than united.

Great job by Coventry, United deserved to lose fair and square. I was disappointed for the youngsters, it just wasn’t their day. But somehow I didn’t care that much in the end, this is the least important trophy that the team is in the hunt for. These kids have a long road ahead of them. For now, it’s the first team that counts and it’s the best one in the league right now, mark my words come the end of the season.
