It feels so good to get the Barclays Premier League going again, i feel so rejuvanated seeing todays’ curtain raiser between Man Utd and Chelsea and i just can’t wait for next week.
Chelsea didn’t have a good day today as they prepared to face the Champions with a makeshift squad thanks to injuries and things got worst when John Terry injured himself before the kickoff and may be out for a month.Manchester United on the other hand were pretty much injury free except for Saha and Gary Neville, and that showed as they began the brighter side and scored the first goal thanks to a beautiful placemt by Ryan Giggs, scoring his first ever goal at Wembley, it’s almost insane to think that he has never scored at Wembley up till today.
Chelsea pushed on and were duly rewarded when new boy Malouda scored just before the half time whistle, but in the process he injured himself, yet another injury worry for Mourinho before next week’s game against Birmingham City. (more…)
