Freddie Ljungberg Joins Wets Ham

Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.us 30-year-old Freddie Ljungberg has traded one London club for another as he has signed for West Ham United.He aimed a parting shot at former club Arsenal’s lack of ambition, saying that the sale of Thierry Henry to Barcelona was “the end.”

“Two years ago when I signed my last contract we talked a lot about the future, and we would be bringing a lot of big players and try to stay top in England and Europe,” Ljungberg said after being presented at the club.

“For me that didn’t really happen; there were always clubs wanting to sign me every summer but I always stayed and was loyal but when Henry left in the summer I felt like it was the end.
