Now this is something modern footballers could learn something from (I’m looking at you Christiano Ronaldo). He is tripped over and over, but never once does he do the dive. This is just exemplarily by Cruijff.
And nice video too. It’s about football and the player, not all kinds of bogus editing crap and video filters. Music is not half bad either.

:-? can someone tell what maradonna has that cruyff hasn’t. this guy is simply not human. He can pass, score and dribble. and it’s just not dribbling one player but always 3 or for. He is also very skilled and agile. people don’t talk much about him. I am a great fan of pele, maradonna, zidane ect.. And cruyff is with these icons.

The thing that Maradona has and that Cruyff dosen’t is fame. Maradona is such a contreversial player bercause of his dives, his hand of god and his dopping yet he still has the skill to amaze fans with his skills. That is what he is known for.

no, you have it backwards, he’s known for his greatness first and his contraversy second, no one would care about a diving, cheating steroid user on it’s own, everyone would care about about a great player, and he wasn’t a huge diver, did it the odd time but could hardly be put in a group with real divers.

WOW. I’ve actully never heard of him, but I guess I should have. He appeared to be incredibly fast, and some of those goals were spectacular.
