Ohh! the last mexican shot has to be the MISS of the century. Clear of the last defender, rounded the keeper and put it wide of an open goal from what, six yards?

yes.it was a big miss but castillo scored the first extraordinary goal, opening the brazil defence and leading mexico to the victory.and in the last minute, the score was 0-2,mexico had taken the 3 points so the only reason for someone to be unhappy is to have bet an over (3 goals and over) in this match…so think about a panathinaikos fan who had bet an over.he wouldn’t like castillo to score as he plays for olympiakos but he also lost his bet.as for “ivanschitz” (in your nickname”),he is a very good player but former panathinaikos coach, victor munoz, had him play as a left attacking midfielder and he wasn’t so efficient.if he plays as an attacking midfielder center,he will probably be the best panathinaikos player.i am greek and i know him from his 19th,as he was one of the most talented players in a manager game i used to play…
castillo rules!!!!!!

I don’t know much about Castillo gusretalis. but i ccouldn’t agree more with ivanschitz27. I was rolling on the floor when I watched the game late last night. because all my mexican friends started celebrating and it was hilarious when they all found out the ball did not go in.

The last shot missed by castillo may have been a reason to laugh at him, but it is no reason to criticize him. Clearing the defender and goaly simultaneously the way he did is something not seen very often, especially in football from the Americas, not to mention that beautiful piece of art displayed by him during the first halve.

Good point Rooney. I was not laughing at the player in question but rather the instance where he failed to tap in the ball in the back of a clear and open net. No doubt Castillo is a top class player, his first goal can vouch for his ability. but for a player of this caliber the miss was quite humiliating even with tired legs.
Enjoy the Copa America Highlights boys and girls.
and julian keep the comments clean please.

I say it was a good game for the mexicans, and the last play is just an opportunity for everyone to criticize the mexicans, instead of giving them props for the score.
