Ryan Giggs tried everything he knew to fashion an unlikely Wales win on his farewell to international football.
The skipper produced a display, particularly in the second period, that might just have further damaged the Czechs' chances of qualifying for next summer's Euro 2008 finals.One brilliant solo run had 30,000-plus fans on their feet, but the great man just failed to add the final, poetic touch.
