This is quite a shocking move for me as i can’t see why Diego Forlan would want to leave Villarreal for another La Liga side, but Atletico Madrid have confirmed that Forlan will be joining them for a fee of about 21 million euros (£14m) much more compared to the knockdown price of £2 million Villarreal payed Man Utd.
This would mean that Torres will be on his way out with Liverpool being mooted as the possible destination.

The Kaiserslautern shirts are made by Kappa for another season and their logo is on the right chest, the club badge of 1FKC is on the left chest. The kits sponsors are across the front of the shirt for another season too. Kappa also have their logo on the shoulders of each of the shirts.

Joan Laporta seems to be like a man on a mission as Barca has confirmed that Lyon’s Eric Abidal will be on thier payroll for the next 4 seasons.
Abidal – who was part of the French team that reached the World Cup final last year – had been at the six-time French champions since 2004 and had been the subject of several bids by Barca all of which had been rejected.

London club Tottenham Hostpurs has secured the services of Darren Bent for a suprising £16.5million, i say suprising because i really don’t think he’s worth that much but than again he has 6 years with Spurs to prove otherwise.
Bent said: “Tottenham have a lot of young English players and it’s a young squad, it’s a squad going forward and that’s the direction I wanted to take.
“They seem to be getting better and better every season and I would love to be part of that.
