i dont like chelsea bt scenes after the final whistle when mourinho led his players in appreciating the supporters melted me. and mourinho gesturing hold ur chin up high is suiting for the occasion. full of emotions that tells u about the drive to win
henry | May 7th, 2007 @ 1:18 am
Hold ur chin up high? For wut? The team was built with star player after star player with that big pile of money and they lose the champions league, and the EPL, and probably the fa cup too (man u, arsenal, Liverpool don’t have that much big name stars and money). Muriniho should be embarrassed.

United are Champions!!!!!!! :x

I can’t believe every one is mentioning how cheslea are unlucky due to injuries and bad luck, when arsenal have there two most important players out. Arsenal have no money to spend on players, and have had a season full off injuries, yet everyone mentions how ‘unlucky’ chelsea have been even thought they have had multi millions to spend one their team.
It has been a great season for Arsenal and we will be a force to be reckoned with in two maybe three years.

I am a Barca fan and kind of anti-chelsea but the last three were idiots…or they just typed idiotic stuff. Oh yeah and “henry” Your a total idiot…..built with star players? Is’nt like…arsenal and man u and liverpool big teams? So you’re saying man u shld also be embarassed? Wow.They played their full team against AC Milan with the player of the year and got thrased. All they needed was a draw…But could they do that with their full 11?NO!I DONT THINK SO! So Man U are freaking losers since they lost…is that what your trying to say? And well….at least mourinho is sporting….did i ever see that with ferguson when he lost to portsmout,ac milan etc….?No!He probably sweared at the opposing manager…In their face! So….once again…I’ll tell you “henry” (Oh and g00nr….If thierry henry was one of their most important players…you dont know what you’re talking about(Probably just cos he built up a reputation)) yes i’ll tell you once again…..Mourinho asked them to hold their heads up for respect not like the unsporting Sir alex ferguson.
g00nr | May 7th, 2007 @ 5:26 am
lol, idiot. You are just bitter because Henry won’t come and play for a team that got beat comfortably by liverpool in the CL, a team Arsenal beat with their B team 6-3.
Graham(BARCA FAN) | May 7th, 2007 @ 5:40 am
Beaten
?No….They drew…On away goals rule….IDIOT.Anyways who won the CL last year and who did they beat to achieve?Oh yeah…Barca and they beat arsenal.
g00nr | May 7th, 2007 @ 5:43 am
with ten men? EPL the best league around, people should start accepting this
Graham(BARCA FAN) | May 7th, 2007 @ 5:45 am
I agree…that the EPL is the most popular league around…Maybe its the best cos of the so called living legends such as “Henry”. But that doesnt change the fact that Barca is obviously better than Arsenal.
Graham(BARCA FAN) | May 7th, 2007 @ 6:05 am
and your also probably mourning cos liverpool beat arsenal 4-1(With their lousiest 11) Against arsenals full team….
g00nr | May 7th, 2007 @ 7:19 am
please shut up unless you know what u are talking about. We had no van persie, henry, gallas or rosiky…
Nicholas | May 7th, 2007 @ 10:16 am
great game.. shame Kalou didint score right at the end to prolonged the title race to the last game of the season
henry | May 7th, 2007 @ 11:52 am
Are you serious Graham(BARCA FAN)? manu’s stars are ronaldo, roony, giggs and ferdinand, the rest are good players but not star players. Arsenal has rosicky, fabregas, henry, toure, and van persie. Chelsea has star players in every position even as subs (terry, carvalio, essien, ballack, robben, lampard, drogba, shevshenko, kalou, Acole, Jcole, makalele, wright philips). for example chelseas sub robben would be a regular starter for both manu and arsenal. That’s how many great players murinio has that he can put a player like robben as a sub even when he’s healthy, while arsenal play half the season with baptista, and adebayor.

exactly… thankyou.. someone who knows wat they are talking about at last :>

As an Arsenal fan (born in 1984, saw first game 88/89 season, season ticket experience since my birth), it’s been a highly frustrating season.
Mourinho is just prancing around at the end for the media. He is this sort of person.
Why doesn’t he make these gun-slinging, Jon Wayne gestures at the home games?
Have the home fans got too many free plastic flags in their hands?
haha ;)
But seriously, Chelsea, whether anyone likes it or not, are a footballing force. I don’t like Abramovich and Mourinho. I also don’t like the general attitude and comments of some of the Chelsea players. In fact, there’s not much I like about Chelsea; not even their style of football can redeem them!!
A question for the business of Chelsea FC:
Having spent hundreds of millions on a team to “get results”, how long can the club sustain this sort of spending/wage bill without winning the major relevant trophies?
Oh, Russian oligarch?
Tick the box please and continue!

A point well made. Also I feel if Wenger had the money chelski have had, there is no doubt Wenger would achive far more than any other premiership manager ever has.
People don’t seem to take in that Arsenal have a mid-table transfer fund, yet are punching way above their weight.
the gooners are the only Premiership Champions not to have bought their title. fact.
