Premiership Title Showdown on the Cards….

March 20th, 2007 . posted by admin

With both Manchester United and Chelsea qualifying for the Fa Cup Semi-Finals it meant that their game that was due to be played at Stamford Bridge on April 14th 2007 had to be postponed..and indeed it has been postponed to May 9 2007.

May 9

The game at the Bridge could potentialy be the title decider, however if everything stays the same as they are right now Manchester United would have already clinched the title before the game against Chelsea because of their 6 point lead and vastly superior goal difference.

The game on May 9th will be the second last game of the Premiership for both clubs with the last game to be played on May the 13th.
