Cristiano Ronaldo Wants To Move to Spain……but not now
March 8th, 2007 . posted by admin
Cristiano Ronaldo reitirated his desire to play in the Spanish Primera Liga and with the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona (both knocked out of the Champions League by the way) knocking on the door for his services it’s no suprise he wants to make the switch.
However the good news for Man Utd fans is that he doesn’t see himself playing in Spain in the near future, in fact he is in discussion to extend his stay at Old Trafford.
‘We have talked and I hope to reach agreement as soon as possible,’ Ronaldo said of his contract negotiations.
‘Nothing has been decided yet and I would like to stay. I would like to play in Spain one day, but I am happy here at Manchester.’

He will stay long past 2010 cos THE REDS are moving back into a trophy winning era after a transitional phase of rebuilding! Real and Barcelona are entering transitional phases they wont win much between them in the coming years!
