Champions League Round-up – Wednesday

Liverpool triumphed 2-1 at Barcelona to upset the odds while the other three Champions League ties ended in draws.
Barcelona 1-2 Liverpool
Craig Bellamy and John Arne Riise, the two players at the centre of an alleged incident during a training camp in the Algarve last week, scored the goals as Liverpool came from behind to pull off a sensational win at Barcelona. Deco headed Barca in front and hit a post late on but the holders are in real trouble ahead of the second leg at Anfield.
Inter 2-2 Valencia
Inter failed to take a lead to Spain for the second leg despite Maicon's 76th minute goal. David Silva's late equaliser boosts Valencia's hopes after David Villa's thunderous free kick had cancelled out Esteban Cambiasso's headed opener.
Porto 1-1 Chelsea
The goals came early in the match as Raul Meireles's deflected effort drew first blood for Porto but Andriy Shevchenko equalised soon afterwards. Chelsea skipper John Terry suffered an ankle injury.
Roma 0-0 Lyon
An even contest finished deadlocked at 0-0 in the Stadio Olimpico with a flurry of yellow cards the only noteworthy aspect of a dull game.
