The Los Angeles Galaxy - Beckham’s New Club

It’s a no brainer that LA Galaxy has done itself a huge favour in the marketing department with the capture of David Beckham, as for football i think the best of Becks is behind him even before he celebrates his 32nd birthday in May.
With the move to the MLS Becks has indirectly indicated that his best days are behind him and though his pals like Ronaldo, Salgado and co will have a though time finding good offers in the twilight of their career Becks will have no such problems thanks to his good looks and his marketing reps who has build the ‘brand beckham’.
His New Club -The LA Galaxy.
Looking at the squad of Galaxy i must admit i don’t recognize any of the players except the talented Cobi Jones and Landon Donovan, both playing for the national team.
The Los Angeles Galaxy is one of two professional soccer clubs based in Los Angeles, California (home games are played in nearby Carson), that participate in Major League Soccer. The name “Galaxy” refers to Los Angeles being the home of many Hollywood ’stars.’ The team colors are gold and green, not particularly a color for Becks i suppose. The home jerseys are gold with a green sash and some minor black accents.
