Henrik Larsson To Stay Until The Season Ends?

Helsingborg coach Stuart Baxter and club chairman Sten-Inge Fredin are ready to allow Henrik Larsson to stay on with Man Utd till the end of the season.
‘It’s up to Henrik. If he wants to stay then we’ll open that discussion with United. We will not stand in his way,’ said Fredin.
The attraction of Manchester United was a short-term deal.
‘If that has changed where an extension would mean extra finance for the club that’s very nice but we have still got to try to make a team.
‘But I am going to try to not worry about it. We knew this situation might happen when we did the deal.
‘It is Manchester United, after all, not Bristol Rovers.’
The keyword i guess in the quotes above is $$, yup, plain old money may be the decider if Larsson continues to play for Utd.The 35-year-old impressed many with his debut performance for the club and he even managed to score a goal, but the thing that caught the eye of many was his easy understanding with new strike partner Wayne Rooney, Larsson was full of praise for the England international and the way they played together you would have thought they were playing for years.
Although his Swedish club is willing to allow him to stay on it seems Larsson himself isn’t showing any signs of extending his stay at Old Trafford.
“It´s a three month loan deal and I have to be back when the Swedish league opens in April,” said the 35-year-old.
Sir Alex and Larsson may be persuaded to change the arrangements if the striker continues to produce such performances for the Red Devils, afterall Helsingborg has already given the greenlight…
