Gary White has made such a massive impact in the CONCACAF region and I hope some day soon we will see him have the same impact with his own countrys development (England). EPL teams should be hunting him down to coach them. He really has massive potential (Hull City please get him soon).

I agree to a certain extent, we need to push forward coaches like this Gary White guy. He certainly has acheived more then most currently coaching in the pro game in the UK. But he would need to prove himself and not go on his past. Just cause he did well at the international level does not mean he would do well in the UK as a coach, but he and others like him around the world should be given the chance. Could he be successful in the UK ? I know we could do with his experience at Hibs.
